The featured speakers during the worship service will be Paul and Paula Kear. The Kears will tell about their son’s pole vaulting accident and his miraculous healing after they prayed to Father Kapaun. Father Emil Kapaun grew up on a farm near Pilson, Kansas in Marion County. He served as an Army Chaplain during WWII and the Korean WAre and is one of only 9 chaplains to be awarded the Medal of Honor. Everyone is invited to a covered dish dinner in the Parish Hall immediately following the worship service. Please come join us and bring a covered dish and your own table service.
